In this lesson
Build a cumulative frequency table from a grouped frequency table and plot a cumulative frequency curve, with points plotted at the upper boundary of each class.
What it covers
- Building a cumulative frequency table (running total of the frequencies) from a grouped frequency table
- Plotting each cumulative frequency value against the upper boundary of its class, never the midpoint
- Starting the curve at (lowest class boundary, 0) and ending it at (highest class boundary, total frequency)
- Joining the plotted points with a smooth curve, not a jagged line or bar chart
